this way to funny.. i had to laught at everyone that posted one this one. ... i have some old fuel that is black and i will only start fires with it.. way to much work to filter it 3 or 4 times.

There is a company called Startron that makes a biocide/enzyme. It is supposed kill the bacteria and the enzymes dissolve the crud. I have never used it but was told of it. I think he said large ship yards use it.

Could you use Seafoam? That is good for cleaning fuel systems, idk.

Update, let both tanks sit, got about two gallons of black crap off the bottom, now it is amber in color.
