About a month ago we purchased our first 3D printer. When I left the shop tonight I hit the "Go" button on this program. This is tooling for the tail light bucket depression that allows clearance for the wire harnesses coming out of the tail light. 9 hours and 33 min run time. It's my weekend at the shop so I'll see the results in the morning. 20250411_153431.jpg

How many hits do you think you can get out of plastic tooling? I’m a bit pessimistic.

We made other tooling and it holds up pretty good. Check out this video. Note: This is not our shop. We did some research before buying the unit.
