5 Ton dual circuit brake conversion?

A search yielded nothing on the topic, however I remain curious of there is viable option to make such a conversion in the name of improved safety?

I just found your post.
It was quite a project, but I converted to dual circuit air brakes; s-cams in the rear, M939-series wedges in the front. It even morphed into outboard brake drums.
