Can someone please help determine what year this XM818 is?

You can look under the hood for the Cummins Data Tag !! It is located on the left front side of the engine, it will give you a Good idea of the date of manufacture for your truck

You can also look at the front spring hanger on the front axle. the month and year are stamped into the hanger
