6000M Telehandler / Forklift Joystick - Where to Find? Or how to fix?

I've dragged this machine out of the weeds where the last guy parked it when he couldn't get it fixed. I found the TM's here and read them.

The only function on the electronic joystick that works is the forward/back motion which raises and lowers the short jib section at the end of the telescopic boom. The side-to-side functions don't work, including fork tilt, the auto-level doesn't work, and the fork positioners don't work. The LED's for this board only barely illuminate with the button up, but fully illuminate with the button pushed down.

Someone has attempted a repair on a resistor on the board, and badly soldered in a new one, ruining one of the underlying traces in the board in the process. The board P/N is 113 8 BM-D, and the joystick unit has a tag on the bottom that says:

UF03XB2CI
CNTR272A+B
24 VOLTS

When I look up the top number, I only get a link to an already-sold unit in Mexico. I'm unfamiliar with any shops that work on boards that are silicone-encased like these are. Help?
