803 Frequency Gauge

Any troubleshooting steps on this gauge? I have 60.93 hz measured at the terminals on the gauge via fluke meter. Also, what value and units would you see when measuring
the load gauge? Voltmeter works fine.

These are historically pretty wonky. Make sure you have voltage coming into the transducer (rectangular black box) if you have power there id just replace the gauge with a newer line style (no transducer) gauge and bypass the transducer
