Going to be tough. They were never, even in the real world, sold seperatly. Maybe one of the guys here will have one left over from a bad switch. Take a picture of the switch and post it. There are two different types of switches, and they an no where near alike. Your looks like a plastic round one.

Here is what you are dealing with:
Give K&N a call and see if they can sell you the knob, set screw, and any other incidentals needed to work with those listed switches (I forget if the K&N switches have some sort of cam gear set into the knob or not).
