A frame winch bracket

Was chatting with another forum member about the ability to use the winch as a sort of lift. He seemed to think there was a military part# for this. Its an A frame mounted where the front shackles would go, with a cord leading to the back of the bed to hold the frame up. Sorry if this is a common thread, I searched but could only find intel on winch extensions thanks much
