A3 Alternator

Anyone have a M35A3 alternator they can part with?

I got one off of a a2 Of course I had to get it rebuilt. Can you have yours rebuilt ?

From my understanding there the same as the A2 except you need to swap the pulley to the serpentine style.

Can someone confirm before trapsing off for a 200 mile rescue?

I used one from a A2 Just as I said in the second thread to this thread. I had to have it rebuilt. Is there an alternator shop near you> Is the winding's burnt up? You should be able to get it rebuilt...

same unit, just need to change pulley. check your keyway in the serp. pulley.
