AC wiring for M1114 question

I’m trying to figure out the part number for the item labeled “controler” in the attached diagram? It looks to just be a NPN transistor? I assume it’s to just confirm fan is running before starting the AC? Can anyone confirm and maybe identify the NSN?
also shown in this is the Thermostat? From drawings this is attached to the evaporator coil. How does this work to control truck cab temp?
Does anyone have a good NSN for this part?
