I have found that I need to have some way to lift and lower "heavy" items from the bed of the Deuce. Other than dragging them out with my tractor , I'd like to mount some sort of winch or like in the back to pick up about 1000 lbs or less.

A typical example , I just bought 4 spare axle assemblies and while they were stacked in with a fork lift , I'm going to have fun getting them off.

And no , I ain't tying a rope around them and driving off :)

Any thoughts or Pictures would be appreciated.

Many have bought pickup hoists from China Freight and mounted them in the corner of the bed.
