Air Cleaner Securing Strap

Referring to the attached diagram, straps #10 and #12 are secured to supports #4. But what is strap #11 secured to? The TM is not very clear with it's instructions.

I know makes no sense. Believe it has to do with damping of resonance pressures inside canister.

Sounds good... well that's what I was told. Thought it was a spare, But who carries spare parts. CAMO
