Lately it has taken considerable amount of force on the brake pedal to stop the truck. Pedal height is good as is fluid level in the remote reservoir.
I rebuilt the airpack last year when I replaced the MC due to internal rust. I'm looking for a straight flat road I can drain the air pressure and drive it to confirm it is not working. Before I pull it out I am going to try adding some air tool oil as recommended. Can't find how much to add but I can wing it.
Are there any items to check/test before pulling it again? I've got parades coming up on the 4th so either fix it immediately or wait until after the 4th. I don't have trouble stopping it, just takes a lot of foot pressure.
