Hey all. On the drive home from work yesterday I almost drove off the road in rush hour traffic. Headed northwest from Baltimore (MD) on at the end of 795 was a beautiful tan deuce sitting at the end of a driveway. I've been lusting after one since I saw them as a kid on TV during Desert Shield/Storm. The tan ones are not that common in the mid-Atlantic. btw, no pics.

Anyhow, I’d like to say hi to all the good people I’ve met since getting into this hobby with my father (Oldbill) fifteen years ago. Dean Hanson of the WAC/B&G MV Trust, he somehow convinced my dad we need a Unimog. Anja Taylor for taking the reins of our club and making Aberdeen a great 3 day event. Fred Lutz for the MUTT and the M38A1. Scrounger for all the info on deuce and 5 ton maintenance. John Tennis, love your products and love that you enjoy talking about them so much. Carnac, thanks for the advice and the good buys. Maddawg, great display in NJ. Greenmachines, Joe you’ve got a beautiful 817.

I’m sure I’ve missed someone, so sorry in advance. Love the site and love scouring old post for info. I promise not to post the same questions that have been answered on a weekly basis.

So, whose deuce is it??? -Whitey
