Aluminum markers size large

Anybody got a source for the larger size aluminum markers/tag for fuel lines, wire bundles etc?
Picture shows the "wanted" size in comparison with the one available from Saturn, typically.

I looked, I know they are still available, Cummins uses them to mark the P/N on pipes and hoses.

Okay Will, my 8x8 was without fuel tanks and selector valves when I got it, so I need to label the fuel lines I have installed...

I know the forum is a bit slow these days, but no ideas on the large tags?
Guess they could be made with a pair of scissors and the right stock...
