Any reason not to run 11.00R24s on an M936A2?

The farmers in this area use 5ton cargo trucks for silage trucks. I had one a while back who needed a couple of 14.00R20s urgently, so I allowed myself to be talked into pulling a couple off my M936A2.

So my wrecker has been sitting on its outriggers for quite some time.

16.00s will lose too much bottom end, on what's already sluggish. 395's are probably an optimal choice. But how about 11.00R24s?

i've got eleven 11.00R24s on M916 rims. So far as I can tell, this should be a nearly optimal choice for it. Any reason not to do this? Offset ok?
