I have looked through the TMs and I can not find a part number for this mat. If this something that was field installed?

NSN 2540-01-610-6115
I didn't find it in the manuals either, but midwest had an image of it in their "cab interior / insulation" parts and an NSN to look up from there.
Of course they have none available and no price, but a search of the NSN did turn it up elsewhere.
NSN wasn't found in either the M998 or the ECV/REV parts manuals using the "find" function.

I found a company here in Germany that sells the mat. But 215 euros sound a tad steep to pay for it.

You know, that type mat is used all over in trucks. It might be listed in the back of the TM as a "Bulk" Item. Get the the manufactures name and you can order some of it and cut your own.
