Anybody seen this tool?

I'm looking for one, it's used in the removal of the solenoid from the starter. This particular one is called out for the 8x8 engine, but may be similar for other starters.
Any leads would be appreciated.

Looks fairly simple to make. If you have the starter then you have the dimensions.
