Anyone have a actuator valve (controls engine hot coolant) failure on their GEN 2 Red Dot A/C unit?

New Gen 2 installed. Blows hot and hotter air. Sounds like an heater valve. Odd. This unit is brand new.

Make sure nothing is jamming the stepper motor? The air lines to the hand controls run up through where the stepper motors are located and if not properly routed the could cause the steppers to be jammed.

If you can't easily fix it right away just install a ball valve on the heater core supply hose to shut it off.
