Anyone use the MX6707 base and military whip antenna for 2 Meters?

I know they can be tuned to get into the CB band (27MHZ) but I want to use it for 2 Meters. I picked up an NOS base and antenna locally and would like to get it functional. Can't find much info for this use.

I just mounted my antenna and base with the hopes of running CB with it.
