I have a M54 with no bed but I now have a used flat bed to mount on the rear.
How high off the frame does it need to be mounted?
Right now I have the standard 11 X 20 duals If I went super singles what would that do to it as well.
I would like to have a real bed but for now that does not seem to be an option as the shipping to wyo is very expensive.
Thank you!

Well I have a little ranch (by wyo standards very tiny) but still a real ranch and i lease as much land as I can for some cattle. I also do some custom baling and the terrain can be pretty rough.
I want to haul water for cattle and for fires, and I will haul out large round bales, I got a 8 X 16 ft old wood and metal bed for cheap to put on it for now. I just don't want to mess it up cause I put it on too low. this is my 1st mil truck but I did have a lic for one in the USMC but ****ed if I can figure out how to use the winch..
anyway I truly don't have money so when I can get rims and tires they are going to have to be whatever I can get that I can afford
so I don't know what size I will be able to buy. I am going to guess I won't haul much more than 1500 gallons and that is using all my tanks so 12-13000 lbs max

Tomorrow i can take measurements from my M923A2 with super singles (14's) and you can extrapolate from there... unless someone chimes in sooner. The 14s on combat rims are going to be the cheaper option compared to 16s on hemtt rims. ...
