Bobbed Deuce Trailer..

I was at a Vintage Trailer Show on the tarmack of the Oakland Army Base in September of 2006 and saw this bobbed Deuce trailer near the entrance..Anyone familiar with it..

Sorry for the crappy pic, it was before I had a digital camera so this is a pic of a pic..
