Brake Bleeding Question...Suction not Pressure...

So, on the M54A2, will a suction hand pump at each bleeder valve get all the air out of my lines and harden up my brake pedal? (barring any other unforseen problems)

I have the DOT 5, Hand Pump and the 7/16'' wrench standing by....but I think I might have to have the air pressure up and do something special because of the air over hydraulic system....

I was thinking about bleeding the upper master cylinder valve, then the lower and then work my way around the truck going from farthest to closest to get the evil bubbles out.

Will this work instead of constructing the pressurized system to tie into the top of the master cylinder?

Thanks ahead of time!
