Great GL employee. Knowledgeable, friendly and very likable are his worst qualities. He is that good! If you have a pick up at RRAD, ask for him. Great guy.

She was a delight also, but extremely busy during our visit.

Tanya had to reconstruct my paperwork after someone had moved/misplaced it the evening before. I was thinking "Great! A long drive up here just to have to go back and do it all again". She told me not to fret and had a fix in no time.... She was really good!
