Canvas Tip Ends

Does anyone know where I can buy these canvas tips? I need them for my straps Im making from spare straps I need to cut to size. I did find someone on eBay but he is not avaiable and Im not sure thats the right size. The standard strap is about 1" so does the tip need to be 1" or smaller? The ones on eBay are 5/8.
