The two that came on my truck were wood, I bought 8 more fiberglass ones to complete my set. Since you have a full size template available, it should be pretty easy to fab up a set with some hardwood boards from a local lumber yard.

Looks like a dimple on that one. Are those the steel ones? I had the steel uprights on the old cargo truck and they were nice. Shorter that the wood or glass ones and really easy to pop out.
