Changing main thread title

Is that possible, can I change the main title for thread like the one shows up in list of threads?

You'll need to report the post and state what you'd like it to read. Depending on the forum and times, you're able to edit posts. But when a user edits the title, it only updates in the thread. Only the staff can change the actual display title.
