Choctaw H140 Not Lighting

Hey group I bought a h140 with 70 hours. Fuel was drained and I believe I got it purged. It’s building pressure but not enough apparently. It will build pressure to about 125 and then drops and hovers at around 70-80. Video link below of what it’s doing. Hope someone can guide me in the right direction.

here is the fuel diagram, sounds like its bypassing back to the tank
