Does anyone manufacture an adapter to go from civilian trailer wiring plugs to the military "M" series plug?

I told the gu y from Vinatge Wiring Harnesses in Maine to make some, as they would sell, but he didnt. I made my own....

Nobody makes one that I am aware of. It is such a simple thing to make though. I have seen it done several different ways.
If you start with a new or good trailer lead that has the Packard fittings (Male metal plug, female boot), just buy some of the ones that plug into them (Female metal plut, male boot) and run those wires into a truck side of whatever trailer plug style you want. This will connect your M truck to any trailer you have and allow you to unplug the civilian stuff if needed and hook up to any M trailer.
I started off with a cut up trailer lead, so I just hard wired in a 6 pin metal round civilian plug on the end of it. It works great.

Ive made a few of these for CUCV owners whom wanted to keep their harness intacted (IE not cut it up) but they will work on any MV...
Only thing to keep in mind is that if you have a 24V system as most are (M35, M998, etc) you will need to install 24V bulbs in your trailer.. http://www.odiron.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=665

I have a "from the military" cable that goes from a deuce socket to a civy connector that is different from Mike's. Let me get some pics tonight and I'll post up.
