Where does one / how does one get oil into the compressor system?
What type of lube, the type used in jackhammer compressors?
This is my next item to service.

Oil?

mhb285,

The air compressor on the engine is lubricated by the engine oil in the crankcase.

The airpack should be lubed with tool oil once a year. If you need instuctions on where and how to lube the airpack, just ask! :?:

Click on Tech Manuals on the left column, scroll down to TM 9-2320-361-20 and click on it. I think the info you're looking for is on page 640 of 1209 of the pdf file (manual page 8-66).
Hope this helps.
