Converting m35 bed into a drop side??

hello all i was wondering if anyone on here has had there strait bed converted to drop side? i am located here in houston where there are a million great welders. I am looking to put the truck to work and drop sides are pretty much required for heavier loads.

any and all info regarding the subject would be greatly appreciated!
