Cooling Fan Issue

Working on a 07 M1075 PLS. The cooling fan stays on from the moment the truck is running and will shut off the moment I turn on the hook arm switch to any setting but off. once back on off the fan turns back on... This should be doing the reverse... Ideas?

Already tried replacing switch. No different effects

No i don't believe there is an ice cube relay. Least I don't see one
