cucv operation manuals

i need a source for a quanity of hard copies of the operators manual for the cucv's. Also, were they generally kept in the vehicle when the trucks were in service? anyone know who has some of the books? thanks in advance

My 2 sources, surprisingly, have none! At least it's small if you wanted to print them from a CD or the like.
