I guess i shoud've just made one consolidated thread, wasn't thinking ahead too much

Swapping a 4.56 dana 60 into my m1009. I want 4.10 gearing with a locker. I know to buy the new gears but I am confused with the diff internals.

I believe I need a series 3 carrier, however im not sure if it comes with the locker or I need to buy it separately?
Looking at this locker: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/dtl-225sl29b/overview/

You shouldn't need an additional carrier. IIRC. The ring gear bolts directly to the locker thus replacing the whole carrier assembly. The locker you linked to replaces all the internals. I highly recommend that if you have never messed with gears before let someone who has install it.

Thats the plan. Will have a shop install the locker.
