Decode Bumper Numbers Please!

I need some assistance decoding the numbers on the bumper of an M35A2. The numbers are as follows:

Left side (Looking at bumper) 38/238ATS
Right Side AV03

Any information about this would be most helpful.

238th Aviation ? Squadron (might be training since the National Guard has their own training elements). Might want to do a search on the top secret website I just gave you access to. Just type in G O O G L E and you will probably find what you're looking for.

38th Infantry is the Indiana National Guard, their web site lists a 2-238 Aviation Battalion in Shelbyville, Maybe they used to be an attack squadron at one time(ATS) and were later reorganized to a general aviation battalion.Call them up, they could probably tell you.
