Deuce Cargo Cover

I don't think I'm using search correctly. I know this question must have been asked in teh past. But I didn't see it using search. Sorry for wasting time, BUT, where can I find the black rubber bungee cord found on Deuce cargo covers? I want the same stuff and a spool of it would be great.
