Does a Deuce semi have automatic transmission

I do not believe that there is a a3 tractor, the a3s are auto.

If memory serves correctly there were only 3 "deuce" tractors. The M221, The M48 and the M275. Other than the M221 the rest were stick.

I believe the M35a3 series only had the standard bed, the shop van and the LWB versions. No tractors.
