Dump Pump won't actuate?

Ok hive...

Used the dump a couple weeks ago, today i load her up, and the dump actuator (next to the driver's seat) will not move to the rear position to engage. Truck is between low and high range, in neutral per instructions...

Got under the truck... pulled the cable end off, cable runs good... no binding or issues. Attempted to press the arm into the pump to actuate, and it seems to be under extreme pressure... will NOT push in at all...

Anybody have an idea?

You need a control box or the pressure relief valve on your pump is bad
