electronic light switch

does anyone have contact info for the company that makes the electronic light switch? i remember that there were problems with some early ones and they were willing to replace them for anyone who had one, even us, but have lost their info. the mfr # is 59666

#1. The switches just SUCK.. They fry out too easy. Stick with the 3 lever tried and true..
#2. I dont think AI will swap out the switches, but give it a try.
