EUC submitted to approved in 3 days!

Well, it will be 2 months since I won two auctions in event 4991 on 2/4/10, paid for them the next day and submitted my EUC then as well. Still no signs of a reply from BC yet. I am wondering if I should call an attorney or something. This is soon going to be more than inconvenient. I am not going to participate in any more business with GL for quite a long time from now. Maybe never.

I don't think I'd call an attorney. A case could be made that they shouldn't take your money untill you are allowed to pick the item up but other than that this isn't GL's fault. You'd have to sue the federal Government because they are the reason it's taking so long. Even then the EUC will be in your hands long before you ever get so much as a legal response from the Government. They have been known to cancel the sale and return your money if it takes too long but this is rare.

Just hang in there. You should eventually get it.

You know, this process reminds me of township/local government zoning and planning board decisions. They have something like 90 days to complete their end of the process and provide an answer. And they take the entire time because if the moved any faster they might "set a precedent" which could lead to other citizens expecting or banking on a shorter period of time to complete the process.

Maybe GL has a similar mentality.

I still have not received word back from event 4991. "EUC buried in Battle Creek" is what they need to have for my case. It has now been 50 days since it was sent in with no revisions needed. What a custerfluck...

Judging by your avatar, they should hurry the Frick up! That's about the same length of time I've been waiting. Whenever you get notified let us know, and I'll do the same if by some miracle it happens before your's.

yeah, I recognized it from way back when. It was a good movie, and that exactly what I sometimes fell like doing with these clowns who take my money but don't give me the merchandise until later...
