Fire Control Periscope

I have purchased a Cadillac Gage periscope on a misc. pallet from the city of Glendale, CA. I'm assuming it was from and AFV that didn't have the main weapon, so they removed the periscope in lieu of a hatch.

I am corresponding with the manufacturer for more info.
