I've cleaning out the dirt/dust from the 1123 I recently received from auction. After folding the windshield down, I found foil tape over most of the defrost sections. I now know why I was getting very little airflow from there. Any idea why this would have been done? Mine was a 2009 refresh and there are other spots where I found foil tape remanants or indications some tape has been removed (adhesive residue).
