Freeze Plug Size and Install Tips

About to go to the parts store to change my motor and transmission mounts since they are super sagged and want to change the freeze plug under the drivers side motor mount as it is weeping a little. I didn't see in the TM what size it is or the best way to install it. What to people use for sealant as well?
