M884? I thought the pick up was an m880, and the ambulance was an m886. Never heard of an m884. Please explain

884 was radio truck,there was a 882 ,not sure what it was, 886 ambo, 890 2 wd pu, 892?

I have a M884 and M885. Both the 884 and 885 have communication carrier tie downs. The 884 also has a 100 amp 24volt alternator.
