Fuel Pump

I'm bypassing my mechanical pump (its leaking) with a electric in-line pump. Correct me if I am wrong the 6.2's need 8-10 psi. The pump I found at Carquest was good for 5-9 psi (like $60+ I should get a discount), the guy said it is listed for 6.2 diesels.
Think this pump will be enough???

I'm kinda running out of options from the jobbers...NAPA's only high psi pump is 4-7psi and its $146!!

You can get the pump for a 1988 6.2 motor and it should be $90. There is more info in the FAQ for CUCVs thread at the top of this forum.
