TO RALLY:-
State - ( currently at SS member, location ) - size/description
MS - (MississippiRifle, Poplarville) - M816 hoist winch-no cable or motor
FROM RALLY:-
Returning to - ( S/S member, location ) - space available
NY - ( zebedee, central upstate ) - SUV some space.
