Yeah, I think I heard on the news that hurricane Irma has set a new record for number of people without power due to a single storm...now in the millions. You will love your generator even more when you go through an event like this. I know I did when we lost power for a week due to a record ice storm last December.
In fact I'm so grateful for my generators that I just bought my #2 spare backup generator a new present. Its getting a 50 gallon aux tank. I found a good deal on craigslist for an aluminum Dura-Craft tank that are apparently hung from an 18 wheeler's refrigeration trailer's belly to fuel the refrigeration unit. It came with a nice cradle and straps and will mount up real nice on my trailer. Can't have too much fuel!
