Gov planet, sparta wisconsin

I need to do a 5 ton recovery at the Sparta Wisconsin location. This is my first time dealing with Gov Planet and Sparta any suggestions or tips would be much appreciated. I have done a lot f recoveries from GL and wasn't sure if the rules were similar on recoveries. Do they allow you to drive them from the location or do they have to be towed ? Like I said I am testing the waters with them and don't know what to expect

I've found its best if you call the location and ask. Seemed to work for me anyways...

Calling in the morning to schedule an appointment but figured I would ask around to get some pointers on the do's and dont's from the members who have been there.
