Govdeals website problems?

I've tried to get on Govdeals for several days. Every time I try to go there all I get is "the site is down for maintenance for about a hour".

I'm just starting to wonder if it's something on my end or if the site is having major problems. They are owned by the same people as GL and I can't imagine them leaving the site down this long.

Edit: Used Firefox.

Must be on my end then.

Edit- I tried it with IE and it opened fine. It still won't work with Chrome.
