grease fitting

There appears to be a grease fitting on the outside of frame rail behind steering box. I don't see it in any manual and it is too cold out to go looking for where it might go. Help?

There is one in behind the steering arm for the front leaf bushing? There are some small nuts on threaded rod(bolt) that protrude in that area that look like grease fittings... I think they are for Adel clamps on the inside of the frame rail.
